Happy Revolution Project Badass Collection - Swatches & Review!

Hey guys! Today's post is one I'm especially excited for! The Happy Revolution Project Badass Collection!
For those who may not know Happy Revolution is a collaboration between Polish Revolution and Happy Hands Nail Polish!! Two amazing indies merging to make a badass collection! What could be better?

Aluminum Monster - Three coats.

Champion of the Sun - Three coats.

"Dayman, fighter of the Nightman, champion of the sun, he's a master of karate and friendship for everyone.
Wear this polish and you can be a champion of the sun, too!
A sunny jelly with orange, gold, and yellow glitter with shimmer."

 
Flip Flip Flipadelphia - Three coats.

"For those moments when you're reigniting old rivalries or playing flip cup (or both).
A gray jelly with red, gunmetal, and silver glitter."


GreenMan - Three coats.

"Wearing this green polish will help you get through some hard times, and to party in style!
A bright green jelly with neon green and lime iridescent glitters."


Kitten Mittens - Three coats.

"Is your cat making too much noise all the time?... Think there's no answer? You're so stupid!
There is! Kitten Mittens. An adorable white jelly with white, black, bubblegum, and baby blue glitters."


Night Crawlers - Three coats.

and this polish is perfect for the occasion, without ruining it with blankets.
This is a wine-colored jelly with matte gray, silver, gunmetal, and burgundy glitters and red micro glitter."


Rum Ham - Three coats.

"Eating your drinks? That is genius! Get drunk at sea with this deliciously boozy polish.
A pink jelly with copper, pink, brown, pineapple and cherry colored glitters."


The Nightman Cometh - One coat over China Glaze Def Defying.

"Nightman, sneaky and mean; spider inside my dreams, I think I love you.
You too can have sexy hands like Nightman, with this polish!
A glitter topcoat with black, lime, gold, and white glitter."

Unfortunately I haven't seen the show (It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia) that this collection was based off of, yet!
 But I still love this collection it's just great! The formulas are perfect and go on smooth. 
Next time I will layer Kitten Mittens over white I think, there is a lot of pretty glitter in it so it appears a bit chunky with three coats. A lot of them are just sheer enough to layer if you'd like but also opaque with three coats. I really love each one of these but I have to say that Aluminum Monster is just my favorite, utterly stunning!

Here Comes the Sun - One coat over Gradient Pointer & Pinky- China Glaze Mahogany Magic and Zoya Codie. Middle & Ring Zoya Josie and China Glaze Holly-Day.

"Here Comes the Sun is a top coat with a green to red shimmer with gold and copper glitters."

Morning Star - Three coats.

Morning Star - One coat over A England Camelot.

She Carried Lilacs - One coat over Zoya Josie.

Tumbleweed - One coat over A England Camelot.

Vampire at Heart - Two coats over Zoya Tao.

"Vampire at Heart is a Glitter top coat with purple shimmer, purple glitter and a variety of black glitters including black hearts."

Overall the formulas were really good! Tumbleweed seemed a little goopy at first glance but spread on with ease.
She carried Lilacs requires some glitter placement but nothing too difficult.
Morning Star is just stunning, layered or on it's own. The shimmer in Here Comes the Sun is gorgeous too!
Vampire at Heart over Tao is just a perfect match, don't you think?

Digital Nails Ultimate Ginger and Wibbly Wobbly - Swatches & Review!

This was my first time trying this brand and I'm loving it!

Ultimate Ginger - Two coats.

"Ultimate Ginger is a unique blend of marigold, orange, avocado white and holographic aqua glitters suspended in a robin's egg blue crelly base. It is designed to wear alone and is shown above at three thin coats. It looks amazing with a regular or matte topcoat."

Ultimate Ginger Mattified! Soooo beautiful!!

Wibbly Wobbly 

"Wibbly Wobbly is an insane blend of grass green holographic, teal, aqua, chartreuse, & hot pink glitters, in a multitude of shapes and sizes suspended in the sheerest of blue jelly base specially designed to hold up lots of glitter. This polish has matte, metallic, blue microflakies, HUGE dots, tiny holos - it's an explosion of sparkle."

I used one coat over Zoya Pinta on my Pointer & Pinky nails, and over China Glaze Turned Up Turquoise and Hanging in the Balance gradient on my Middle & Ring fingers.
I loved this manicure so freaking much, it was hard for me to remove it!!


Wibbly Wobbly Matteified! Sorry about the shrinkage.

Here's the mani before Wibbly Wobbly, Zoya Pinta on my Pointer & Pinky, and China Glaze Turned Up Turquoise and Hanging in the Balance gradient on my Middle & Ring fingers.

I absolutely LOVE both of these polishes! Even if they were Doctor Who inspired they are both so pretty!
But the fact that they are pretty and inspired from one of if not my favorite tv show makes them even better!The formulas were both very easy to apply, WW was a little more difficult because of the larger glitters but I still found application easy.

Contrary Polish Ain't That a Beach Trio - Swatches & Review!

Hi all! Happy Mother's Day to my fellow mother's out there! I hope you have a terrific day!

This was my very first experience trying Contrary Polish and I have to say that I am seriously impressed!
The formulas were so terrific, they went on effortlessly! All three of these shades are just stunning.
Sand is amazing, she captured sand so well! I wore Surf the longest, I didn't want to take it off the shimmer is amazing!
